Hello! I am the proud new shop owner of JS Designs Studios and also the proud mama of two-year-old twin girls.

As the girls started actually wearing dresses I noticed that there wasn't a lot of clothing that was similar but not identical. My little girls are similar, they are sisters, but they definitely have different personalities. I wanted that to show in their clothing as well. So last year I started to make their own outfits for special occasions and holidays. Guess what? I fell in love with sewing! People started to encourage me to sew things for others but I just wasn’t sure yet.

In February I sent out an e-mail to my friends asking if I started a sewing business if anyone would be interested in kids clothes and I got my very first order! A little over a month later I am getting a steady stream of orders in and sharing with the world my love of sewing!

So today Tiff and I are giving away to one wonderful reader a gift certificate for $50 for any of my fun designs. Whether you have a boy or a girl, we have a little bit of something for you.
