The Frost Queen

Can I just tell you how I feel about the snow?

Not.
A.
Fan.

For some reason we were dumped on this last week.
My kids couldn't be happier.
And me? I will not take a step out the door, unless I absolutely have to...
...even if that means the only pictures of my kids in the snow I get this year have my car and my garbage can in the background.

At least my feet stayed dry and warm.

Stinking snow.

Oh I am so jealous! I will give you our 80 degree days in exchange! I will be desperately missing our New England winter now that we are living in the South!

I'm right there with you on that one. I grew up in Utah with plenty of snow. Sure, I enjoyed it while I was little and loved playing in it, but I'm been over that for years. Now, I only like snow because here in Oregon, things shut down with only an inch. My husband had his work canceled on Tuesday. Works for me!

Our snow only lasted a day so it's quite enjoyable :)

Hate it. I love the drought years when everybody whines about how we need the water. Water runs downhill anyway, let it snow in the high country. A little bit for a white Christmas is kind of nice though.

I'm right there with ya on the "stinkin snow"! If I could never step out the door while it was on the ground I wouldn't; however, that would mean I had to stay indoors for at least six months of the year. I live in Anchorage, Ak. It's just dreadful but so pretty in pictures. lol. On the other hand if I could view that time like Martha Stewart being at Camp Cupcake it would provide plenty of time to perfect all sorts of crafting. Things to think about. hee, hee

Blessings,
Shanna

I hear ya... and I'm with you on the "stinking snow" comment! Our family moved out to the Tundra (aka Minnesota) 15 years ago from Florida and I still hate the long, cold winters. Snow is pretty (for about 5 minutes)... although the childrens' joy over snow certainly put things in a different perspective. :) mercedes p.s. I will be joining your Linky party for the 1st time tomorrow.
