Jumping in with both feet...

I am finishing up my second week of school, and so far so good. A lot more time than I would have thought is going into the first couple of weeks...of course one of my classes is a design fundamental class and the projects take quite a bit of time. Here are some of the things I've been working on. I hope the rest of school is this fun, a couple days before class started I got my supplies for my first set of classes and I was so excited to get a huge bag of art supplies. It was like Christmas!

From top to bottom:

1. Ad inspired by a movie with a distinct style (inspired by the bright colors and surrealism of Big Fish)
2. Fabric folds shading
3. One point perspective room
4. Abstract art-this is a group project, we all had to do our own piece. The trick is that they all have to tie in together, we chose to do fruits and everyone use markers.
