Bekah finished Swimming Lessons on Wednesday! It was $40 well spent-she is not scared of the water any more and actually enjoys playing in the pool. She was definately not at the top of her class-she is still skeptical about putting her face all the way under the water and letting go of the teacher for even a couple seconds makes her panic a bit, but I am proud that she is willing to face this fear and is actually able to enjoy swimming to some extent. Since we are moving in less than a month (yikes!) I am not putting her back in the class, but am going to try and find something out there once we get there.
I am so glad to see that grin on her face again in the water-I thought I lost that in my once little brave fish girl!
