Cupcake Friday-Oreo Madness Cupcake

My friends and I would always go to TGIFriday's for Oreo Madness when we were in high school-so this is the cupcake version of that. Chad said he wanted something this week that wasn't chocolate cake (I know wierd-o) and his favorite thing in the world is brownies-so I thought I would make these with brownies instead of cake-How can that be bad, right?
You start with an Oreo-just one side-the one without the frosting.
Then you put one caramel in the middle Then you make brownies-use your own favorite recipe or box mix
Let kids lick off beaters

Pour brownie mix over caramel and oreo

Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes

I decided to not do a frosting on these and just do the spray whip cream with a drizzle of hot fudge. You could also drizzle some hot caramel if you feel so inclined. I just might later tonight. You never know.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream also drizzled in hot fudge and maybe some Oreo crumbs.
