Tilapia in the Pot

If you like fish and have a hard time getting your kids to eat it, you should try this recipe I got from the Crockpot Lady.
It's super easy too-you just make a mixture of mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice and a touch of garlic spread it on the tilapia filets, wrap them in foil and stick the foil packets in the crockpot. When it's done the fish is super flakey and all the flavors are 'infused'. Bekah actually ate a whole filet herself-I of course told her it was cheesy chicken, but she loved it! You couldn't fool me that it was chicken, you could tell it was fish for sure, but with the cheese sauce, it took away a lot of the fishy flavor that Bekah won't have anywhere near her tongue. Everyone enjoyed it, I will probably make it again, and I thought I would try making it with actual chicken sometime too, the foil and the slow cooker make meats so tender-that cheesy chicken sounds really good!
