Making the World Cuter: Amaizen!

A blog where one woman is on a mission to make the world cuter, one kid, cupcake or crafty thing at a time.

Amaizen!

I've mentioned that I love where I live right?
Our pre-school co-op group is so much fun.
Every 4th week we have a field trip with both groups from the co-op (there are so many that we had to split into two groups) and all the other kids in our group of friends that go to either other pre-schools or are not in pre-school.
The first field trip was a trip to the Corn Maze-we had like 20 kids show up.
Awesome!
We get pretty decent group discounts with numbers like that!
The corn maze wasn't open to the public on Thursdays-they just opened it for us-so we had the whole place and could feel safe about letting our kids play and run. They had this corn box that the kids loved-totally wierd, but fun kind of sandbox-it must have had hundreds of pounds of corn in it!
The maze itself was pretty fun, I had never done one before, and I thought it would be easier to see where we had been before-but no you just wander around in tall corn stalks and hope you find your way out.
Phoebe and Bekah (surprisingly) found the exit because Phoebe smelled the ground at every corner to see if we had been there and Bekah used the (useless) map, or in other words sheer luck.
We were the only group that made it out the exit though-everyone else ended up going out the entrance.
Here are some other pics of the kids playing...
Making Corn Angels-
The little corn balls!
Get it?
Corn balls!
The biggest corn ball of them all...
I sure love this little monster!
Next field trip we are headed to Antonio's the local Italian restaraunt-they are going to let the kids make their own pizza's, cook them and eat them.
Way excited for that one.
Yum.
